Absolutely! All our escape games are private. If your room says "SOLD OUT" on our calendar, don't worry. That just means your experience is exclusive. No unexpected teammates, just your crew!
Of course! You can add players anytime up to the room's max. Just check your confirmation email to make changes, or our staff can help when you arrive. No worries—our tiered pricing adjusts automatically!
Groups with players age 11 and under need an adult in the room. Also, all minors (under 18) need a waiver signed by a parent, guardian, or supervising adult. Fill it out online (Remote Waiver) or at check-in!
Kick off your adventure right! Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete waivers and get your mission briefing! Save time by filling out your waiver in advance: Remote Waiver
No problem! Here's what you need to know:
- Cancel or decrease player count 48+ hours in advance for a full refund.
- Reschedule 48+ hours in advance for free. Within 48 hours, a $40 fee applies.
- No cancellations or reschedules allowed within 4 hours of your start time.
